Terms of Service & Advisory Engagement

1. Legal Entity & Preamble

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "You", or "Family Representative") and Pravariq Events ("Company", "We", or "Us"), an elite wedding planning and scenography division of Pravariq Group, founded and directed by Sameer Chaturvedi, having its principal operational bureau at Ashok Nagar, Near Statue Circle, C-Scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302001, India.

By accessing `https://weddings.pravariq.in`, submitting a consultation inquiry, booking an advisory session, or signing a formal Wedding Planning Mandate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Nature of Services & The Dual-Role Structure

Pravariq Events operates in two distinct operational capacities:

• Advisory & Creative Direction: Conceptualizing bespoke royal wedding themes, 3D Jharokha spatial pre-visualizations, event day flow timelines, acoustic design protocols, and aesthetic scenography curation.
• Fiduciary Vendor Coordination: Identifying, auditing, and presenting independent third-party vendors (such as palace venues, catering houses, tent fabricators, florists, lighting technicians, artists, and logistics providers) to the Client.

Critical Clarification: Pravariq Events acts as your professional advisor and coordinator. Unless explicitly agreed in writing for custom atelier fabrication, third-party service providers (palaces, caterers, live bands, sound operators) are independent contractors contracting either directly with the Client or through tripartite arrangements.

3. 100% Open-Book Pass-Through Procurement Charter

Pravariq Events operates on a strict, fiduciary open-book remuneration model designed to eradicate undisclosed industry commissions:

• Zero Secret Kickbacks: Pravariq Events does not accept undisclosed cash cuts, secret supplier kickbacks, or hidden broker percentages from decorators, florists, tent houses, or venues.
• Pass-Through Raw Invoices: All raw supplier invoices from Sitapura fabrication ateliers, Muhana flower markets, technical sound vendors, and hotel banqueting teams are presented directly to the Client at net wholesale cost with complete invoice transparency.
• Fiduciary Management Retainer: Pravariq Events is compensated exclusively through a clean, agreed-upon professional management fee (typically 10%–12% of the managed event expenditure, or an agreed fixed milestone retainer).

4. Independent Contractor & Vendor Liability Ring-Fencing

While Pravariq Events enforces rigorous quality control, vetting, and supervision over all recommended partners:

• Pravariq Events is not vicariously liable for acts, omissions, negligence, delays, or service failures committed by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hotel food quality, power grid interruptions, artist no-shows, flight delays, or transport mishaps.
• Contracts for palace buyouts (e.g., Taj Rambagh Palace, The Oberoi Udaivilas, Fairmont Jaipur) are executed directly between the Client and the respective hotel company. The Client remains solely bound by the hotel's specific booking policies, damage deposits, and cancellation terms.

5. Event Permits, Music Licenses & The 10:00 PM Sound Curfew

The execution of luxury events in the State of Rajasthan is subject to statutory regulations:

• 10:00 PM Outdoor Sound Curfew: Governed by the Supreme Court of India directives and the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000. All outdoor loudspeakers, amplified brass instruments, and DJ sound systems must cease outdoor amplification by 10:00 PM sharp. Pravariq implements seamless transitions into soundproof palace ballrooms or silent disco formats. Pravariq is not liable for police or district administration interventions resulting from Client requests to breach curfew.
• Copyright & Performance Licenses: Public performance of recorded music requires statutory licenses from PPL (Phonographic Performance Limited), IPRS (Indian Performing Right Society), and Novex Communications. Procurement costs and statutory fees are the financial responsibility of the Client.
• Excise & Liquor Permits: Temporary liquor party licenses must be procured in accordance with the Rajasthan State Excise Act. Pravariq assists in processing documentation, but compliance with dry-day regulations and licensing approvals remains governed by State law.
• Drone Cinematography: Aerial drone operations require clearance via DGCA Digital Sky in compliance with the Drone Rules, 2021. Flights within airport red/yellow zones or military cantonments are strictly subject to administrative permissions.

6. Group Subsidiary Disclaimers (Pravariq Air & Automotive)

Pravariq Events interlinks with affiliated divisions of the Pravariq Group:

• Pravariq Air (`air.pravariq.in`): Pravariq Air acts exclusively as an air charter coordinator and broker. Pravariq Air is not a direct air carrier and does not own or operate aircraft. All chartered flights, private jets, and helicopter transfers are operated exclusively by DGCA-certified Non-Scheduled Operator Permit (NSOP) holders. Flight safety, aircraft airworthiness, and air navigation are governed solely by the respective licensed air carrier.
• Pravariq Automotive (`pravariq.in`): Supplies solar electric resort buggies and VIP convoy shuttles. On-site vehicle operation within palace hotel corridors is subject to property driving rules, guest speed limits, and designated pathways.

7. Limitation of Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• The total aggregate liability of Pravariq Events, its founder Sameer Chaturvedi, and its officers arising out of or related to any event planning engagement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the net management fee actually received by Pravariq Events for the specific engagement.
• In no event shall Pravariq Events be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or emotional damages, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, reputational claims, or third-party cancellation costs.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including Acts of God (such as unseasonal heavy rains, flash flooding, dust storms, or seismic activity), pandemics, epidemics, government lockdowns, statutory curfew orders, palace property requisition by state dignitaries, civil unrest, war, or utility blackouts. In such events, both parties shall collaborate in good faith to reschedule or adapt the event scope.
